Prescription order
After ordering, the desired prescription will be available to you digitally on your health card within 24 hours on weekdays. Please note that this order form can only be used to request prescriptions. Please send other inquiries such as transfers or sick notes by email to praxis@doktor-jung-heidelberg.de
